Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy
At RAMZ Perfume, we carefully process orders to ensure customers receive the products they ordered.
Please read the following policy before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
A return request is accepted only if you receive a wrong product, meaning the product delivered is different from the product ordered.
We do not accept returns due to personal preference, change of mind, fragrance preference, or similar reasons.
Important Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The product received must be different from the product ordered.
- The product must remain unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories, where applicable, should be preserved.
- The customer must provide order details and reasonable photographic/video evidence of the incorrect product.
For verification purposes, we strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video from the beginning of opening the package.
Opened or Used Perfumes
Perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, tested, used, tampered with, or otherwise altered after delivery are not eligible for return, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
How to Request a Return
If you receive the wrong product, contact:
Please provide your order number, registered customer details, photographs of the product/package, and unboxing video if available.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if it meets the return eligibility requirements.
Refund
Where an eligible return is approved and a refund is applicable, the refund will be initiated through an appropriate payment method after verification and, where required, receipt/inspection of the returned product.
Bank/payment-provider processing times may vary.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be available.
