Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately.

Actual product packaging, appearance, or colour may vary slightly due to packaging updates, photography, lighting, or screen settings.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and product availability.

RAMZ Perfume reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate operational reasons.

If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable refund will be initiated through the appropriate payment method.

Payments

Customers may use the payment methods available at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders or locations. Additional COD charges may apply and will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Shipping

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and are normally expected to be delivered within 3–7 business days after processing, depending on the destination and logistics provider.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Returns

Returns are accepted only when the customer receives a wrong product, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy.

Intellectual Property

Website content, including RAMZ Perfume branding, original graphics, photographs, text, and other proprietary material, may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without authorization, except where permitted by law.
