• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During festive seasons or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders, as displayed during checkout.
• If applicable, shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery

• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
• If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations.
• Ramz Perfume reserves the right to limit or refuse COD service for certain pin codes or orders.
• Additional COD charges may apply. Any applicable COD charge will be shown during checkout before the customer places the order.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our support team for assistance.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Share your order number, photos, and an unboxing video of the package and product.
• We will review the request and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Currently, Ramz Perfume ships across India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
